No integrity The expectation of a Land Rover dealership is integrity and service. To begin, I was looking for a nice used land rover for 6 months in the Newport A The expectation of a Land Rover dealership is integrity and service. To begin, I was looking for a nice used land rover for 6 months in the Newport Area. Eventually a car was found. I asked to drive the car at the service center as it was for sale and displayed there..they said the sales division on Jamboree would have to arrange it. Drove to the "sales" center....arranged to have the car ready for a test drive Saturday morning. The next day I show up...excuse "they forgot" to get the car ready..so I could not drive it.."can you come back tomorrow?". Arranged an appointment the next morning and was told everything will be ready....When I arrived on time, I was informed the car was out on a "test drive"..so long story short they had me drive to the dealer 3 times, 2 with specific appointments only to sell the car out from under me. Never again. More

I went to this dealership at the end night and bought a used Jag. The the car was on sale already from the originally asking price. The salesmen was difficult to deal with because he acted like the manager used Jag. The the car was on sale already from the originally asking price. The salesmen was difficult to deal with because he acted like the manager and he thought I was crazy for negotiating the price. He finally walked back to one of the guys to mentioned my offer and came back Then finally accepted the offer after I told him to knock of part o the tax. I never was introduced to the manager during the entire time. The car had a missing floor mat an done key. He promised me the world that he world call me when he can get them to me. He called me three times asking me if I'm enjoying the car. I mentioned about the key and the floor mat. He said that he was working on it. I went down their a few months later to see if he done anything... Of coarse NOT! I kept getting automated messages from the General manger Scott Paul that if I have any question to feel free to call him. I tried to get a hold of him but he never returned calls or never was there. I was directed to a manager that said it was as is and that he was sorry. I wonder if I bought a new Aston Martin, do I get the same treatment? No wonder people dislike going to buy a car. They tell lie after lie. More
I live in Phoenix and found a certified XF on Autotrader. The advertised price was as low as I could find anywhere, and after a week or so of answering questions, I agreed to buy the car. After a wire tran The advertised price was as low as I could find anywhere, and after a week or so of answering questions, I agreed to buy the car. After a wire transfer, they sent the paperwork overnight, and after it was returned, they immediately shipped the car. It arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The title was then over-nighted to me and I was able to register it 2 days later. The only issue was the matching floor mats had been swapped out for cheap black ones. After pointing this out, they shipped the right ones and everything is now good! Everyone was professional and delivered on their promises. I would not hesitate to buy again from Jaguar Newport Beach! More
Worst Customer Service Ever! I bought a pre-owned (1 year old) 2010 LR4 from this dealer online. Philip Casas was my salesperson who was helpful at first. Philip assured me the car was in "brand new" year old) 2010 LR4 from this dealer online. Philip Casas was my salesperson who was helpful at first. Philip assured me the car was in "brand new" condition (which it should be only being 1 year old with under 20,000 miles). However, when the car arrived to my home (halfway across the country) it had a cracked taillight which was noted by the truck driver on pickup meaning it was sold to me this way. As soon as the car was delivered Philip refused to return any of my calls or emails. I escalated to Scott Paul who is the GM who also refused to return any of my calls or messages. The only way I was able to speak to a live person was by calling in with a fake name pretending to be interested in a new Range Rover! That at least got someone on the phone who then refused to help me. I took this up with the Jaguar Land Rover head office who has graciously worked out a deal with my local dealership to fix this at little cost to me. I am now happy in the end but would NEVER deal with Newport Beach Jaguar Land Rover again! More

Love the car. Hate the service dept. For a service dept, they are not at all service oriented. They don't seem like they are in a hurry to get your car back to you. They are very pricey. They quoted $750 fo they are not at all service oriented. They don't seem like they are in a hurry to get your car back to you. They are very pricey. They quoted $750 for repairs; got it done for $350 from a AAA approved mechanic. The whole Enterprise rent a car thing is a pain in the a**. My wife has a Lexus; they just give you a loaner car. Will never go back. More
