Not at Jaguar Newport Beach! 2 years ago I communicated with them about an XF and calmly easily I made a deal over the phone. Once I went all the way over from Hollywood, it was ready for me to test and sign and drive off. The expreience was hassle free and pleasant. Nina Galateanu one of their sales managers helped me promptly and politely so now, in search of upgrading to the XJ, I emailed Nina again, and communication yet again was efficient and pleasant. While I was in Eruope for a job, a great deal on an XJ came and went. But Nina kept in touch until I returned, and pulled some magic as she found a VIP Demo XJ that she was able to sell me for a killer deal! We spoke about the deal over the internet, and as I showed up, it was all ready for me. They kept their word, set me up perfectly and within 2 hours I was driving off to a restaurant nearby to celebrate with a gorgeous new vehicle!
