He knew every detail about every model I was considering and when we discovered the car I wanted wasn’t available, he tracked down exactly what I had hoped for while it was being brought over seas. He kept me updated from the time it arrived at the port, in transport and when it arrived at the dealership. He was great setting up the car in the “Robert Approved Way” and got me out the door in a pain free manor. Traded in our G-Wagen and purchased a Range Rover with less than 35,000 miles on it from this dealership. Within days, the parking camera starts malfunctioning and check engine light comes on. Next, SOS functionalities are no longer operational. It seems like they take in cars at near failure, perhaps without inspecting them or concealing the issues if they do. The car we bought was serviced at the same dealership since it was purchased new so they should be aware of these issues. When we justifiably sought accommodations due to the issues manifesting themselves so soon after the purchase, we were essentially told to kick rocks. Our sales associate Alan Hernandez responded to our text message expressing frustration and seeking help with a condescending "thumbs up" emoji, practically mocking us and laughing at our faces. This is beyond poor customer service; it was a malicious response. It is now apparent he was all fake smiles and pleasantries until we signed the paperwork and drove off the lot. Here we were thinking we would be repeat customers and have our family members buy from them... More

Manager Dana Beyer who came with goodies in tow but most importantly, to make sure I was satisfied and had whatever I needed to make the visit smooth and flawless.
