Though I’ve had my car for less than a week, Dana has already followed up four times with warmth and genuine care. She instantly returned my call when I had a question, and then — to my complete surprise — a beautifully packaged Jo Malone London gift arrived at my doorstep at 7:30 PM Friday evening. That level of luxury, thoughtfulness, and timing floored us. There was even a gift next to it for our twin dogs and gift for my boyfriend‘s new car (McGuire’s detail) to keep up the stunner in between car washes. As someone who’s never purchased from this dealership before (we’re from up north), I have to say: I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this. My boyfriend and I keep talking about Dana and how completely wowed we are by the service she provided. You just don’t find this level of care and excellence anymore. In fact, the experience was so powerful, I haven’t even been thinking about the car itself — Dana truly overshadowed the entire process in the best possible way. I already can’t wait to come back when my lease is up in two years, because I know what kind of world-class service awaits.
