I love my car twice as much because of Tyler!! It's one thing to have all the bells and whistles, but if you don't know how to ring them, well they're all for naught! Annual Service I pulled into the service area, formally greeted, directed to the service manager, David Ross, that is in charge of my car and in no time, my car was I pulled into the service area, formally greeted, directed to the service manager, David Ross, that is in charge of my car and in no time, my car was taken in to be serviced. David is efficient and easy to communicate with. The waiting area has coffee, water, food, t.v., comfortable seats and clean restrooms. The show room has beautiful cars to look at and the salesman are friendly, they engage in conversation....what more could you ask for??? The salesman, Frank Orsini, that sold me my Jaguar was there and was friendly and happy to see me. Most service departments in dealerships that I've gone to for service; I just hate being there. Being a woman, going for service on a car, ALONE, is just dreadful, but not going here. I don't mind it at all. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and two of them have purchased there, in 2017. More
