Professional & Convenient Service I'm a physician in progress and my husband works out of town all week so finding time to schedule a service for my car is typically quite the undertak I'm a physician in progress and my husband works out of town all week so finding time to schedule a service for my car is typically quite the undertaking. However, Sergio always works around our schedules and always provides us with a loaner vehicle to make sure we can always still meet our responsibilities with ease. Sergio is friendly and professional and makes every trip a pleasure by always being prepared and keeping us abreast of what needs to be done vs what will need to be done in the future. Having zero knowledge of vehicles, it helps to always have Sergio's advice when it comes to small things such as oil changes, gps updates, and even minor cosmetic issues. His advice is always practical and always in the customers best interest as opposed to what might make him more money at the present. I live in Fort Myers and gladly make the trip (when I have time) to Naples instead of the Land Rover closer to my home just because Sergio makes the experience so outstanding. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle I will be sure to look no other place than this dealership. More

You know and I know that this is a negotiating, wear- down process to get the customer closer to your asking price versus their buying price. I've always viewed that as a very demeaning practice to the customer and also to the car sales rep. You sell fabulous cars and might be very suprised to find you'd get even better results if you empowered your salespeople to really sell your cars THEMSELVES. You don't hire dummies I'm sure. So, why treat them that way? More
