Paid $434 to diagnose nothing....?.? I brought my Land Rover into this dealership to diagnose my AC problem. They looked for the problem for three hours and could not find anything wrong I brought my Land Rover into this dealership to diagnose my AC problem. They looked for the problem for three hours and could not find anything wrong and I was already into it for $434 worth of labor cost but they found nothing? Something doesn't seem right with the principle of taking $434 and not finding the solution. They wanted to further investigate at an estimate of another 4hrs? I think not... I'm very disssatisfied with what this turned out to be... I took the truck home with the same problem I had minus $434 in my pocket... Wow. Run away from this place.. More
Excellent service trying to locate unlocking situation. Henre again was above n beyond with service. We drove up from des moines, IA for service we can't get at our dealer. We had locking errors and had Henre's team look at and fix the issue last month. It reverted back to the issue after a few days. We brought it back this week and the tech. spent 3 hrs trying to locate the issue. It was decided there wasn't an answer at this point but if we can detect a pattern, we are to bring it back .No charge and honesty were important to us. They could have replaced another part and charged us plenty to do so but that wasn't the case. We hope the jag. Fixes itself. .A possibility. The service offered while there to us was exceptional. Beverages. .shoe shine..tv..small talk...thorough discussion of problem..etc...nothing like our local dealer. My son has a jag n traveled to Madison, WI from Dubuque, IA for service and won't return there. He'll drive to Minneapolis now as well..thanks very much for wonderful service and honesty. .so lacking today in dealerships. More

Disappointed I will start off by saying we have always had 5-star service at the Rover dealership. The friendliness of the staff and quality of the service is exce I will start off by saying we have always had 5-star service at the Rover dealership. The friendliness of the staff and quality of the service is excellent. We live about 3 l/2 hours away from Minneapolis and have always made this a 2-day "event." We come down on Friday and spend the night and return home the next day. On a Friday late May, we had an appointment at 8 a.m., so got an early start to arrive at the dealership before then. We were given a great loaner vehicle, which is always the case, and we went about our day. We normally get a call late morning to inform us of the work needed to be done and give the okay. It wasn't until mid-afternoon that we got a call and were told that they needed to order parts and the work wouldn't be done by Saturday and we would have to come back to pick up the car Monday or Tuesday. We would have preferred to be able to take it home and alleviate the need for a second trip, but we headed home with the loaner on Saturday, understanding that things like that can happen. We got a call on Monday that it would be ready to pick up that day or Tuesday. My husband then needed to be down there before closing on Tuesday, so cancelled patients from 3 o'clock on and was down there before closing time. He took care of business and drove off. Before leaving the parking lot, the same alert light that brought us down was back. He went to get gas, hoping it was a fluke, but then had to return, still before 7, to the dealer. He was told he would need to leave it and was given another loaner. He then headed home and arrived about 10:30, a long 15-hour day for him. The work was completed and he drove back down on Saturday (his birthday) leaving at 6 a.m. so he could be home at a reasonable time. We felt that this situation could have been handled better, perhaps delivering the Rover on the third trip or some other possibility. We will continue to have our Rover serviced at the dealership and hope that if something similar should happen to us to another vehicle owner, that it will be handled in a more satisfactory way. More
