Poor service after being sold a lemon Bought a brand new Velar in Oct (bought it bc we are having our first child) and the windows fogged up so bad we couldn’t see while driving. Called dealership to ask about others having this issue and they never followed up. We had to keep calling them to get a temp fix- the temp fix was a zip tie to force open a valve! When it started happening again we found out online that a recall was coming for the fog issue and never heard from dealership as we had to call again to set up fixing our 3 month old vehicle. Battery died and needs replacing already too. The screens change automatically regardless on settings -which none of this should happen on a $90k vehicle. The lack of communication by service is terrible and little customer service- they basically took our money, sold us a lemon of a car and don’t seem to care we have issues after their check has cleared. If we could return our vehicle we would. More

My car was washed, vacuumed, and looked like new. Your dealership, whether one is looking for a car, or coming for some service is actually enjoyable to visit. My wife and I now both drive certified former service owned Land Rovers. More
Eight years of great service I brought me 2008 XJ in for the 60,000 mile service. As usual, Henre' did a great job of setting the schedule and providing a loaner vehicle.
