For this particular service, the actual cost was almost $200 less than what was originally quoted, so it d receive at Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. From the Beginning until the end they were professional and took the time to return calls and follow up with me on the repair I needed done on my new Range Rover Sport. I came to them to buy a vehicle but and took the time to return calls and follow up with me on the repair I needed done on my new Range Rover Sport. I came to them to buy a vehicle but they did not have the exact color I wanted(white) so I continued to shop the internet and found one about a hour away. After I purchased it there was a problem with the Cd player so i took it to Land Rover for the repair(which the other dealer was paying for) and they handled it like I had bought the car from them. Floyd worked with the other dealer which he did not have to do they are not part of the luther group and kept me in the loop the whole time problem solved very quickly and he even went the extra mile and found out that I had a factory warranty that could be transfered to me for free WOW! And he did all the paper work to make it happen! I am so gladf that I am now connected with such a great group of people if I need them in the future. They more then earned my business I feel like the lucky one and how often do you feel that way when your the one spending money! More

We had been reviewing the Land Rover on-line and decided to check it out in person. So we located the nearest dealership, which turned out that there was only one in Minneapolis, and went to that dealership to check it out in person. So we located the nearest dealership, which turned out that there was only one in Minneapolis, and went to that dealership. The receptionist immediately greeted us and asked what she could do for us. We replied that we would like to see a Land Rover. She paged a sales associate who arrived very quickly. We told him that we were interested in a Land Rover but needed to see one in person to check it out. He quickly brought a Land Rover around and showed us all the features of the automobile and then we test-drove it. We then told him that we were interested in trading-in our currently vehicle. He did not pressure us but said that his appraisal people could look at it right now. So we let them appraise it while we continued checking out the Land Rover. We then told the salesperson that we needed to get going because of other things we wanted to do while in Minneapolis and he said that he would send me a proposal containing the trade-in of our current car. The next day I did receive said email and thought that the trade-in was very generous and we decided to buy one. So we contacted the sales person by email and said that we wanted to buy one but did not care for the colors that they had in stock. The sales person told us of a shipment of Rovers what was coming in in 10 days and what colors and models they were. We selected one. He then sent me via email the credit applications which we completed and sent back. The salesperson then sent us an email the next day and said that everything was approved and that the car would arrive in 10 days and that he would notify us when it did arrive. It arrived as he said it would and the next day we traveled back to Minneapolis to sign the papers and take delivery of the vehicle. The finance department was easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. The salesperson then gave us the detailed inspection of the vehicle with a thorough explanation of all the features. We left with the vehicle and the salesperson contacted us a few days later to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Overall it was a very good experience and we would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone. More

Every time I take my car to the dealership for service it costs at least $1000. More

I was disapointed with the charges of $273.00 and nothing was done to my car. They said they put it a computer but no report was provided, can't prove they did that. Service had my car at 8:00am and I had to finally call them at 3pm to find out what was going on. Service should've called me at work by 10am to tell me the results. Then maybe I could've had my air conditioner serviced. I wasted a whole day and nothing got fixed. It was like the first service is a gimme for money to tell you what's wrong. I already knew that when I took it there. I feel like I was scammed. Customer Service needs work on procedure and attention to save the customer some time. I could've got something fixed if they had called me earlier in the day. It was a bad day all around. More
