We had issue s with a leak in our sunroof as well as a starter issue that left our car stranded. Our car was stranded and the team we worked with went above and beyond to get our issues resolved. I have had repairs done on the car periodically over the two years (thermostat replacement, new tires, various other things the names of which I don't recall) and I have been consistently impressed and pleased with the friendliness of my service rep, Stephen Palmer, as well as the ease of getting my car in for service, and the availability of complimentary loaner cars while my car is in the shop. Contrary to popular myth, the cost of repairs is not that much higher than at other garages, and the small price difference is worth it for the peace of mind that comes with an established, accountable service provider. I've been converted to a dealership-goer, and I love my Jag. More
