Follow-up could be better I took in my 2013 RRS for evaluation of a couple of minor issues before the warranty expires in <1000 miles. They were able to quickly provide the ans I took in my 2013 RRS for evaluation of a couple of minor issues before the warranty expires in <1000 miles. They were able to quickly provide the answers that I sought. For that I'm grateful. I noticed that my headlights are now staying on when I have the car in "auto" headlight mode. This previously meant that the lights would come on as dusk set in (or if I drove through a tunnel). I essential have daytime running lights now. When I first got the vehicle I was told that daytime running lamps is an optional feature. Furthermore it was suggested that I forgo that feature due to the cost of replacement lamps. I agreed. I called in to my service advisor to report this issue and didn't hear back. I called back the following day and he let me know that he'd received my call but was still too busy to return my call- 24hrs later. He told me that he didn't believe that their technician could have changed this setting on my lights, but that he'd check with the tech and would get back with me. We're quickly approaching 8 days later. Still no word. I shouldn't have to pay to have someone return the vehicle to it's previous setting. I'm hoping to have this resolved soon. More
