Car Purchase Just bought a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from Luther Jaguar Minneapolis. Car was I great shape but ha a chipped windschield I suggest I would pay half if they replaced the whole thing-that's what we did. Also, the car needed a new battery and they replaced that too. The car was a lease and had great Car Fax info. Dealing with some other issues that the dealership would not have know such as Bluetooth changing channels every time I make a call and drive train making a small thud when I come to a stop. Hopefully, Key Cadillac can take care of these issues. All in all Luther could have done a bit more detail work up on the car. More

My car was washed, vacuumed, and looked like new. Your dealership, whether one is looking for a car, or coming for some service is actually enjoyable to visit. My wife and I now both drive certified former service owned Land Rovers. More

Eight years of great service I brought me 2008 XJ in for the 60,000 mile service. As usual, Henre' did a great job of setting the schedule and providing a loaner vehicle. 2002 XJ Sport wont start. Had to jump start from relay. 2002 XJ Sport would not start. Had to jump start from the relay(big fuse in the engine compartment). Explained to Jerome who is an excellent service guy. After one day of diagnosis, Jerome called stating he needs authorization for a second diagnosis which would cost about 600 dollars. Either the mechanic know nothing about what he is doing or Jerome wanted to scam me. I don't know. For sure, if the mechanic could not find the issue with the first diagnosis, why would he find the issue with the second? And what if he could not find the issue with the second diagnosis, will Jerome charge me for a third diagnosis. Man...I thought Jaguar hires only the best mechanics, I doubted. Gonna have to find another way to fix the car or it will go to the Salvation Army with only around 100000 miles on it. Once again, the service is excellent but the mechanic is a no no. More
