Another excellent experience Jerome Bauer is our service writer and always does an excellent job. This particular service was for something easy and it was fixed within an hour. However, we have also had a recurring issue which seemed to have defied multiple attempts at repair. Jerome was always professional and seemed to truly care in the several times we had the vehicle in to get the problem fixed. He communicated with us extremely well and kept at it until the source of the problem was finally located.
