However, we have also had a recurring issue which seemed to have defied multiple attempts at repair. Jerome was always professional and seemed to truly care in the several times we had the vehicle in to get the problem fixed. He communicated with us extremely well and kept at it until the source of the problem was finally located. We were so happy with his approach and commitment to making sure the problem was repaired permanently. We would never go to any other service writer other than him when visiting this dealership.
