Great experience! I’d like to start my review off by mentioning why I gave this dealer a four star review instead of a five star. I came straight from work to pick out I’d like to start my review off by mentioning why I gave this dealer a four star review instead of a five star. I came straight from work to pick out a new vehicle and I was outside the dealership for a good thirty minutes combing the lot and looking at vehicles. I became frustrated because nobody would come up and help me and see if I needed anything. I decided to walk inside and see if anyone would wait on me. Again I walked around for a good fifteen minutes before walking up to the desk and having to request assistance. This should not be something people should have to deal with when going to buy a new car. The salesman man should be chomping at the bit trying to help customers. I didn’t feel like that was the case. Now onto the better part of my review. I did end up meeting a remarkable salesman named Branden Fessler. He was extremely helpful and in depth on all of the vehicles inside the store and on the lot. He seemed to know everything about all of the cars and was very helpful in assisting me in choosing my next vehicle. He walked me around the dealership and introduced me to certain individuals that I’ll be dealing with when I bring the car in for service work. He was one of the nicest salesman I’ve met. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! I also had a great experience with Dean Greenig. He was also extremely helpful and in depth on the financial side of things. He helped me pick out and add different options to the vehicle that I wanted to have done. Deans and extremely nice guy who I enjoyed working with. I’d recommend him to anyone! The last individual that I had to deal with was Anthony Maroney. He walked me around my vehicle and showed me everything I need to know about it on the tech side of things. He was very in depth and helpful with any questions that I had. The best part about all of this was that all three of these individuals stayed extra late to help make the sale happen. They went out of there way to make the customer happy and that’s what matters the most. I’m very appreciative of all of them! Thank you again! More
