Saving a Customer Jerome did a great job in what could have been a difficult situation. When the first solution did not fix the problem and there was cost of parts a Jerome did a great job in what could have been a difficult situation. When the first solution did not fix the problem and there was cost of parts and labor incurred and then more parts on labor on the actual solution Jerome worked with me on the cost and we found an acceptable compromise. Had he not done that I would no longer be a customer. He was also very good about giving me updates everyday and being proactive in that communication. I did not have to call once to check status because he had already called me in the am and updated me. I have not always had that experience.. More

Not the service I expected This is my first Range Rover. Prior to purchasing the RR I drove a Porsche and prior to that a Mercedes. I assumed that I would have equal service whe This is my first Range Rover. Prior to purchasing the RR I drove a Porsche and prior to that a Mercedes. I assumed that I would have equal service when buying a RR, but this is definitely not the case. My previous service was 100% top notch. I loved my previous dealers and sent MANY people in to buy from them. They greeted you before you even had the car turned off (whereas with Land Rover I had to go find someone both times I brought the car in). At Porsche/Mercedes they greeted you by name. They knew their clients and did anything they could to assure you felt like you bought more than just a car. The staff at Land Rover were “fine”. Nothing special. Did their job but that was about it someone needs to go to other luxury dealerships and see why it’s really supposed to be. So disappointed. The first thing I told my husband was that this service is night and day and I’ll most likely go back to a Porsche soon. More
