Poor experience I've purchased about a dozen new cars in my life, and this experience rates near the bottom. We were shopping for a new Jaguar for my wife and wanted I've purchased about a dozen new cars in my life, and this experience rates near the bottom. We were shopping for a new Jaguar for my wife and wanted to trade in her car. I'm not looking for the best deal, just looking for a fair deal. With the internet, it's easy to see what the average sale is for new cars and it's easy to see what trade-in values are. As long as I can get close to both, I've usually pretty happy. The offer I received for both the new car and our trade-in were absolutely insulting. I ended up purchasing a Jaguar with more features car two states away for $8,000 less than the offer they gave me. I think I've purchased at least 4 vehicles from Luther automotive in the past, and given this experience it will be a long time before I ever consider stepping on one of their lots again. More

Service excellent but expensive Service department was friendly and efficient. Appointment was easy to make online. Work (1 year routine service) was completed on time. The only downside is Land Rover service is very expensive- about $500 which I didn't like but expected. Not much I can do about that if you want to go to a dealer-- which you basically have to do in order to obtain the latest software upgrades. More
