When I received my car, it has NO transmission fluid, NO oil, a broken strut, broken door lock, a front headlight that was not wired and a broken alternator. IF ANY SERVICE PEOPLE CHECKED THIS CAR, you nee oil, a broken strut, broken door lock, a front headlight that was not wired and a broken alternator. Beware: Service takes months to perform! 8 weeks ago I DROVE my car to the dealership because of a "sound". Fast forward and I have no date for when I'll get my car back, didn't receive a 8 weeks ago I DROVE my car to the dealership because of a "sound". Fast forward and I have no date for when I'll get my car back, didn't receive a loaner until I stopped in and demanded one (which meant I paid for a rental for the first 4 weeks!), they told me to just buy another car and I don't think they're doing the honorable- and right thing- with my warranty. Likely they're not going to make a lot of money off of me ...and I've been nice so far...so I can be ignored. Also, I'm woman, may not matter, but sure feels like that has something to do with it. Filed a complaint with the Attorney General as well. The service is sketchy. I'd never work with them again. More
