My wife and I were on a car shopping adventure for her to find a small SUV to replace her existing vehicle. Neither of us really knew anything about the Land Rover offerings, so on a whim we decided to swin find a small SUV to replace her existing vehicle. Neither of us really knew anything about the Land Rover offerings, so on a whim we decided to swing in and check things out. Our salesman, Milan, was extremely accommodating and gave us the rundown on the brand, the different models and pointed us in the direction of the Velar. We were very impressed with the product and after a spin in a certified used vehicle, we thanked him and kept looking. Later that evening, after driving several other brands, we decided the Velar was the one we wanted. I contacted Milan on his cell phone and he did some legwork to make sure the one we were interested was still available. The next day, we met and he and the staff at JLR handled the transaction without a hitch. That experience also included a training session in the vehicle in their delivery bay, which was really neat. If you're in the market for a JLR product, I would highly recommend this dealer, and Milan, as the service we received was top-notch. More
