He purposely took time to set up the remote start app on our cell phones…without his help the process would have been hopeless. We returned a few days later to get a few of our additional questions answered which Mike — once again — took the time to address thoroughly. In addition, we dealt with Valerie on the finance side, who was a delight to deal with. The showroom is clean, professional and speaks to the luxury brand.
