These people are big time CROOKS and LIARS. Dropped off my car for the second time to get some faults corrected caused by JLD. Bill comes out to $6000+ again. Take note: These faults made by the JLD. My booster brakes busted, my keys arent working, driver side windows main switch not working. JLD had my car for more than 4 months!!!! NOTHING WAS done!!! Called to get an update and got a text from JAY with a new bill!!!! additional faults had been added!!! Now i have to change my battery?!?!?! now i need a mirror assembly!?!?! Got fed up!!! Jay text me when i want my car back. Got my car back and literally simple faults werent done! not a single thing that they broke! Then come to find out they broke my side mirror and wanted me to xxxxen pay for it!!!!??!!! ARE YOU xxxxING KIDDING ME?!?!?! PLEASE PEOPLE DONT EVER GET YOUR CAR FIXED AT THIS PLACE COZ THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR BANK!!! AND THE WORST xxxx IS THEY DID THE FAULTS AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR IT!!!! AND IF YOU GOT SOMEONE TO HELP WITH YOUR CAR PLEASE WALK AWAY IF YOU GOT JAIRON OR JAY COZ HES NO HELP WILL NEVER UPDATE YOU FOR ANYTHING UNLESS ITS TIME FOR NEW BILL THAT THEY BROKE AND WANTS YOU TO PAY FOR IT!!! Run away. My Range Rover has been back 8 times over 3 months to fix the HVAC. Still isn’t fixed. Today I was told the service manager would call me to give me a status update. No call. The service of my Jaguar Fpace at Jaguar Manhatten is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, pads and windshield wipers replaced. This was a very expensive endeavor worst experience I have ever encountered. I had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, pads and windshield wipers replaced. This was a very expensive endeavor but I trusted there service from previous experiences. When my car was returned to me, I was missing my weathertech trunk liner, Yetti cooler and snow brush. Ive been in contact with the service manager Ben and service rep Catherine. There has been no urgency or care to rectify my stolen property. The service department should be ashamed. APPALLING! I would have given no stars. It's never fun when something goes wrong with your car and you need to bring it in for service. So when it happens, you want the right people on your side. People who are as professional as they are p and you need to bring it in for service. So when it happens, you want the right people on your side. People who are as professional as they are pleasant to work with. People who have your back throughout the process. Marcelo Gloria over at Manhattan Land Rover is one such person. He was friendly, fair, and, without fail, genuinely ready to help, including giving me his personal cell number to call him directly with questions. He and his team — people like Catherine Vasquez and Slava (the most meticulous engineer I've ever had the pleasure to meet) and so many others — make the service department run like a well-oiled machine. They communicate what's happening so you're never guessing. And they are as accommodating as can be while you wait (they even offered me an office where I could work). It's clear they all take pride in what they do, going above and beyond to make their customers happy. Marcelo and his team are a big reason I will lease again with Manhattan Land Rover. They are the real deal — committed to making a real difference in turning what could be an inconvenient visit to the service department into a pleasurable experience. Thank you, Marcelo & team. One of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with in my 45 years of car ownership. I get a new car every 2-3 years. Isaac, the GM, and Ben, the Service manager, have gone over and shove multiple times since g years of car ownership. I get a new car every 2-3 years. Horrible service! Completely unhelpful. Won't answer phones, return calls or communicate. Each time I took my LR4 in for service they made mistakes and then refused to fix them. I am done using them. Dealership is under very bad management. Employees don't know what other departments are doing. Full of false promises, dates and numbers.
