I was charged at the end of the day $2500 for 2 parts that were serviced it wouldn’t be to bad of a price if the shop would actually charge you the right amounts and not make 4th grade math errors in they’re invoices and receipts. Was scammed out of $360 and a air suspension compressor which can cost upwards of $1500, The part was changed yes but I take very good care of all my vehicles have owned 3 Land Rovers and have never seen such blasphemy happen before my eyes. They refuse to give you you’re 1 year warranty that is given to you before services and plus the $1250 part that was changed came defective and I’m getting charged another $1250 to buy a new one because they are not responsible for fault factory work. My car had 1 problem and came out with every single dash light activated showing problems. I come in to the dealership to sort out these problems and see what they can do and I’m greeted by a service advisor that didn’t know what half the parts in the car were, an ignorant manager who didn’t want to even touch the subject and told me he couldn’t do anything and all I could do was pay and probably the worst part some ignorant composure losing “BIG BOSS” as he called himself manager who will yell and curse at you with no holding back. To remind you I spent $2500 for a service and they promised me of a simple car wash which is courtesy of them done to my car. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO LAND ROVER JAGUAR LAS VEGAS OFF ROY HORN STREET, SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM More

With that said my warranty was running out next month so I decided I wanted to get another vehicle as I was not comfortable with financing a car for the next four years with no warranty I contacted Range Rover i spoke to Pete the manager he was a complete jerk very argumentative told me instead of giving me $30,000 which is what my current payoff was they would give me 17,000!!! I asked for the general manager Ray and left several messages and never got a return call instead Pete followed up with me again to reiterate the pay off of 17,000 is all they would give me for my car and that I was upside down 13,000 I asked how this could be possible that you ripped me off basically two years ago he said the car lost value complete joke!!! I grew up in the car business my dad was in the business for 42 years I was also in the business this dealership is unethical and unprofessional I will be actually contacting their corporate office this week to file a complaint against them!!! This is not how you treat past customers I can buy a car anywhere with my 820 Fico scores And even if I were to get another range rover I wouldn't buy from this dealership ever I would drive to California and do business where they appreciate their customers both my sister and brother who live in California are Range Rover fans and currently have one and had excellent experiences with the dealership there!!! Avoid these rip off scam artist I did go to Cadillac who gave me the $30,000 for my pay off and made a great deal with them and received excellent customer service!!! More

RUDE , NOT PROFESSIONAL and WORSE EXPERIENCE Mr Dinardi , I am very sorry to say but for a dealer like Jaguar / Ranger Rover I am more than Unhappy with yourself and your team . First , When you spoke to my husband You sounded very blunt , rude and Not once you apologized for what happened . I can tell you that for you being a GM doesn’t represent a GREAT LEADERSHIP !!!! and second , I came myself to the dealer and met Guilermo and NOT ONCE He mentioned about this accident . At the first place he should acknowledge me about this accident and in fact Guilermo told me this car bought from a local client whose been buying from you guys ages . Do you really think If I knew back than this car had an accident whatever type of accident you mentioned below , I WONT EVER BUY THAT CAR !! Dont blame on point fingers on other people , Thats shows your unprofessional handle this situation. By Saying Sorry that We are UNHAPPY that doesn’t show your good faith . What customer service? The customer service I have experienced in the last 3 years owning a vehicle I purchased here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Unfortunately, my vehicle has had NOTHING but PROBLEM after PROBLEM. To add insult to injury, it never fails that the service department is there to be completely incompetent, disorganized and over promise and under deliver. Don't even waste your time talking to the service manager Chris, he is the biggest problem with their service department. To even call him a manager is a joke. Every time we have called to bring my car in for the countless problems it has had, they have no record of my appointment, no clue why I'm there and we have to fight tooth and nail to receive just the most basic of "customer service". Honestly, the convenience store staff near my office provide customer service far superior than Chris and his sorry excuse of a service department at Land Rover Las Vegas. If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle and are a Las Vegas local, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. This is the only Land Rover dealer in the valley and they will treat you like garbage because they know you have no where else to go (within a reasonable distance). Purchasing my Range Rover Evoque from this dealership is hands down the biggest regret in my entire life. More

We took our 04' LR3 to get serviced, smelled gas, checks brakes...it's been four (4) times now, they can find nothing. Our car is leaking gas in the AM, smells to high heaven. I gave them one more time at their urging after letting them know we needed to find another mechanic to fix this elusive problem. Nope, still couldn't do it...however, this time they left the engine cover off! How in the world did they not notice they had an extra cover?! No phone call nothing! And my husband just happened to open the hood about a 2 weeks later...to troubleshoot himself. No offer to deliver it to my husbands work, our house nothing. Did I mention how much this has cost us! When my husband went back to Land Rover it took 20 minutes for them to find it!!! We just moved here from Portland, our car has NEVER been anywhere but the dealer. We are looking for alternatives. More
