Posting this because the way a dealership handles a bad day matters more than how it handles an oil change. That's a serious fault, and it's not something the dealership built — but it is something they own once the truck is on their lift. Mary has been my service advisor for 12 years here in Jacksonville, and she is the reason this review is positive. What she did well: communicated proactively, so I was never sitting around wondering about the status of my vehicle. Explained the actual diagnosis clearly rather than hiding behind technical shorthand. And when the repair path got complicated, she took it up with Land Rover and pushed for a resolution instead of shrugging and handing me an estimate. She stayed on it until it was resolved fairly. That's advocacy, and it's rare. The outcome is that I'm now in a 2026 Defender 110 and happy with where it all landed — thanks to Mary, the service department, Kevin the service manager, and Jaguar Land Rover corporate, who all did their part.
