Every team member was engaging, personable, customer focused and so not high pressure! I will be a lifetime loyal customer! But the very best experience was with Samantha Terepka! I was in the market for a new luxury SUV for several months and decided to take at a look at the range rovers. Samantha greeted me and within a few minutes of me explaining what I wanted in a vehicle, she suggested the Velar and she was spot on! But it really was her warm and personable approach, her tenacity and commitment to finding the perfect vehicle for me, ( which took a lot of work and texting back and forth) that gave me the confidence and excitement to purchase with JLR of Fort Myers. Samantha truly cares about her clients, she was attentive, so easy to work with, unpretentious and genuine. I love the little “ surprises” she had for me and how easy it was to communicate with her. She was truly the best sales team member I have ever purchased a vehicle with. Also, I loved how the whole team interacted, managing each other up, respectful, easy going and it was obvious they all enjoyed working together.
