I was visiting from out of state and stopped in to Fort Myers Land Rover to test drive a vehicle. I dealt with Samantha from start to finish. Our experience with JLR was truly unlike any other car purchasing experience. Outside of the beautiful, expansive, thoughtful and modern space, the customer service was exceptional. Every team member was engaging, personable, customer focused and so not high pressure! I will be a lifetime loyal customer! But the very best experience was with Samantha Terepka! I was in the market for a new luxury SUV for several months and decided to take at a look at the range rovers. Samantha greeted me and within a few minutes of me explaining what I wanted in a vehicle, she suggested the Velar and she was spot on! But it really was her warm and personable approach, her tenacity and commitment to finding the perfect vehicle for me, ( which took a lot of work and texting back and forth) that gave me the confidence and excitement to purchase with JLR of Fort Myers. Samantha truly cares about her clients, she was attentive, so easy to work with, unpretentious and genuine. I love the little “ surprises” she had for me and how easy it was to communicate with her.
