The Naples dealership was very courteous, but since Fort Myers was not that far away I contacted them via phone to see what color cars were available & on their lot. I told Deborah the details on my trade and what I was looking for. She immediately got back with me via email and phone. The manager contacted me to confirm everything that same day. The next morning the general manager called me to give me an idea of cost. My husband & I drove to the dealership that afternoon and when we got there, they actually increased their bid on my car. No low ball offer on the phone and then surprise you when you get there! Just the opposite and they were so pleasant & accommodating. Our salesman pulled the car inside since it was raining, I dealt directly with manager in his office regarding financing options, then the finance manager was first class. Overall the experience was the best we have ever had buying a car! Very enjoyable! Super Professional! They go above & beyond your expectations! "The Four Seasons or Nordstrom" level of service; hmmm I might say even higher level of customer service. Give them a try before buying; you will be very impressed. More

We are Brits living part time in Florida and as Land Rover drivers back in the UK it made sense to buy Land Rover in the US for this our first US vehicle. We had no trade-in and had already decided on a Range Rover Sport so Derek's task was not too challenging .... he did what he had to do and did it well (especially well considering this was only his second week at the dealership). He answered many questions about vehicle ownership in Florida, the different trim and engine options available on the Sport and, with Brian's assistance, lead us to a decision. He accompanied us on two test drives and lived to tell the tale. The vehicle we chose was still in plastic in the dealership receiving area and to our amazement went through PDI and valet and was available for collection just 48 hours later. Handover was straight forward as was payment. Derek has followed-up and we are thrilled with our new vehicle. Thank you Derek and thank you Brian. As yet, we have no experience of after sales service although our expectations are high following a very professional sales experience. More
