Best Car Shopping Experience!! Typically when it comes to shopping for cars, most of us can agree it's a terrible experience. You go back and forth on the negotiating table, deal with lazy salespeople that just seem plain unmotivated, or better yet, have a pushy sales people that really aren't listening to your wants and needs in a vehicle. Well, that is totally NOT the case when dealing with Samantha and the rest of the staff at Jaguar/Land Rover. Samantha took the time to get to know me and what my needs and expectations were when purchasing a new vehicle. Working with her has made the experience easy and not as excruciating as I thought. If anyone is in the market for a new or pre-owned car, I recommend working with someone as kind and knowledgeable as Samantha. More

My amazing experience This was my first experience buying a car. My family and I came into, Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers, not expecting to get my car. Right when we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a great hand shake, it was Dino. From the very beginning Dino reassured us I was getting this car, and that he was a man of his word. At that point Dino and the other amazing staff members went to work on getting me my car. Durning the wait we were given refreshments and a nice comfy place to watch football. Next thing I know Dino is giving me the great news that I would in fact be getting my new car. I of course jumped with excitement and high fived Dino. This honestly was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. I recommend Dino and Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers to everyone! Thanks for everything !! More

Amazing service I have to say I've been buying cars for the last 20 years and as everyone knows it's not always an easy thing while being awfully time consuming. Leasing my new 2015 Range Rover has been the easiest purchase I have experienced in the automotive industry, there was no stress or haggling involved. My salesperson Derrick assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle and within 10 minutes the financing manager gave me my approval. I went to lunch and came back just to sign some paperwork and pull off. The service at this dealership is amazing to say the least. I am very impressed with their customer service, inventory and over all experience. This dealership gets 10+ stars from me!!! And not to mention my new vehicle ROCKS!!! More

Most Exceptional Car-Buying Experience To-Date Our experience with Samantha Terepka was by far the most exceptional car-buying experience I've had to-date, and there are so many reasons why you sho Our experience with Samantha Terepka was by far the most exceptional car-buying experience I've had to-date, and there are so many reasons why you should go and see her for your next purchase or lease. Here are six of those reasons: 1. Her in-depth knowledge of the brand and all of its products - as well as how they compare to many other luxury brands - is absolutely no joke. I was SO thoroughly impressed as she went into all the features of the car we came in to see (2016 Range Rover Sport) - and eventually purchased - and answered every single question we threw at her. Even things that related to features that are good for families, as we have one toddler and another on the way. She really helped us see not only how safe this car is, but also how it will function for our family. 2. As we did our test-drive, she pointed out so many of the features that I never would have even thought to inquire about, and she compared them very fairly and knowledgeably to the other cars we were looking at (we were also considering two other models from two other brands). She knew a ton about both and how their driving and handling compares to the Range Rover. Thoroughly impressive. 3. Never at one point did I feel pressured to buy. Our meeting was so informal and ended up just giving us all the knowledge that we needed to make our decision. At the end of the day, it just ended up being the right car for us. This is our first Range Rover, and I'm guessing it won't be our last. 4. The price was very fair and probably one of the easiest transactions we've had in terms of cars. Everything was transparent. There's a lot to be said for having such a positive experience like that. Samantha and her colleague Scott Reid helped us through the financing part of the equation. 5. The level of service even after we purchased the car continues to be amazing. We've only had the car for a day, and already she has come out to our house to go over features in more depth, and she even paired my phone, showed me around the Land Rover apps, and so much more. It was DELIGHTFUL! 6. She's just super nice and knowledgeable - literally THE person you would HOPE to talk to when looking for a new car. I feel very confident recommending Samantha for your next car purchase. You can't go wrong. More
