The Best Car-Buying Experience I've Had I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and in my experience I would rather take a trip to the dentist than to deal with a car salesperson. HOWEVER, t I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and in my experience I would rather take a trip to the dentist than to deal with a car salesperson. HOWEVER, this time around the car-buying experience was like no other. Samantha was very responsive and helpful. From our first conversation, I felt very comfortable in her care. Even before I made it in to the dealership she assisted me, and when I finally did make it in to meet her in person, her warmth made the experience that much better. Morgan was also VERY helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. They are extremely relatable. Because I reside in Atlanta, Brian was kind enough to offer to be my concierge to ensure I receive the same level of great service at my local dealership back home. This is truly an ELITE team. More

Finally it was nice to speak with someone who knew his product and I started my search online and was connected with Pete in the internet department. Finally it was nice to speak with someone who knew his product and since this was my first new car purchase he assured me it would be a smooth process and to my amazement it was!!! Pete greeted me when I came in and he then introduced me to Eric. Eric showed me every feature of the new XF and I was sold. Then when it came to numbers I met with Brian the General Manager (yes the GM actually helped) and within an hour I was driving my new car. Morgan in the money office was amazing and very mother like, I know I found "my dealership", a top-notch place to do business!!! More

But it doesn't end there I bring her back almost everyday for a bath and it is a wonderful experience sitting in the waiting room waiting for her to be all cleaned up for me with a big smile and THANKYOU from the men and women taking care of her So happy I stoped in that day ! They Earned My Business This dealership has done the service on my Range Rover for many years but, I do not look forward to all the negotiations and runarounds at most dealer This dealership has done the service on my Range Rover for many years but, I do not look forward to all the negotiations and runarounds at most dealerships when it comes time to by a new car. And, I am a difficult customer. Both Nick and Samantha were patient, fair and knowledgeable throughout the process. They worked very hard to address my concerns, they were open about the pricing of the trade and the new car. And, after a lot of discussions the dealership did not have the car that was a perfect fit for me so, they again worked hard to find the perfect car for me. And, as a result of their efforts, I did purchase a new Range Rover from them. I found Nick to be very professional but also understanding of the customers point of view in purchasing an expensive new vehicle. Samantha was knowledgeable, considerate and responsive throughout the process. And finally Morgan handled the paper work efficiently and made the "closing" an enjoyable experience. Without ;a; doubt I would recommend this dealership to anyone that was considering purchasing a vehicle. More

I was ready to dispose of two of my older Jags (a 1989 XJS V12 and a 2003 Vanden Plais I've been a Jag owner for 30 years, having had several models. I was ready to dispose of two of my older Jags (a 1989 XJS V12 and a 2003 Vanden Plais both with very very low mileage). I wanted a new 2015 XJL . The salesman (Ryan Barcenas) was very helpful and informative. He quickly and efficiently addressed all my questions. I found his level of knowledge about details very high. The Sales Manager (Scott Reid) was particularly helpful in addressing the topic of value for my old but pristine Jags. We each did detailed analysis of value and acknowledged the differences in approach. We both understood that pricing a 26 year old car is an art as much as a science. In the end we arrived at what I considered a fair deal. Finally the Business Manager (Morgan Kim) made wrapping up all the paper work on a three car deal a quick and easy process. There was no intense pressure such as "buy this extra or that extra". Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by these three representatives of Jaguar Fort Myers. More

Ron King steered my interest to an almost new vehicle that sounded too good to be true. During the process, I had a stimulating conversation with Nick Del Negro about the history of the car whereby he itemized all the reasons the car was the right car for us. The transaction was consummated with the professional help of Samantha Terepka who went beyond my expectations from the minute we entered the showroom.
