In fact, she understood what I was looking for and waited patiently until it became available. There were no daily or weekly phone calls. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. This took having to speak tactfully to the sales manager. I got the best price nationally and I looked all over for a long time. The entire staff through the finance manager were a joy to work with. There were absolutely no pressures. Samantha is highly recommended! More

The customer service we received was top-notch, and the staff gave us the red carpet treatment as soon as we pulled in the lot. The nice part was that at no point were we made to feel pressured. Simon Wade went above and beyond- he was personable, knowledgable , offered great suggestions, and answered all of our questions. He helped us get a car that was the perfect fit for our needs. From the General Manager to the Sales Manager to Parts and Service- everyone operated like a family and made us feel a part of it. The level of professionalism and willingness to help was like none we've ever experienced. Morgan, the Business Manager was also highly efficient and friendly. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Range Rover, and would highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers to anyone shopping for a new car!.
