She's got an amazing telephone personality and the ability to be helpful right off the bat, somehow sizing up if you're right for the dealership and if they have the car for you. We had found a slightly used Subaru on CarGurus (an unusual vehicle for SW Florida and one sitting on a luxury-brand dealer's lot). Deb double checked the equipment and called back to say it sounded like a car we'd be interested in seeing. She didn't pressure us to make an appointment but did say the car had been in inventory for two months and would (by corporate rule) go to auction in another week, which indeed was the situation. The short version is that salesman Vin Ciulla and GMs Brian and Nick DelNegro made it a pleasant buying experience. It didn't hurt that we helped liven things up on a quiet Monday afternoon in January just before their busy (Feb.-April) season. They were happy to put a car in the "sold" column instead of wholesaled/auctioned, and we bought a car for a good price that was on our "short list.." This is a dealership that works at making a positive customer experience and truly tries to establish a relationship with its customers. We spent 3 hours at the dealership which included a test drive, trade-in, paperwork, financing, and out-of-state sales tax & registration transfers. There was no pressure for extended warranties or other add-ons, just a clean deal on what seems to be a terrific vehicle. It didn't matter that we're not likely to ever be high-end luxury buyers, we still were treated as valued customers and drove out with an almost-new used car. More

In either case, I post reviews to hopefully enlighten the next buyer. In this post/review, I am very disappointed and feel somewhat lied to and misinformed. Now with my review of my experience with Land Rover/ Jaguar of Fort Meyers. I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Sport Td 6 with 3200 miles. The vehicle is beautiful inside and out. So this is not about the car but rather the lack of professionalism and service. I made contact with the dealership through Costco. I spoke with an Internet Specialist. She told me they had just received this car and had not priced it yet. She emailed me the details about the vehicle. The next day, the information was posted on their site. I reviewed the vehicle and it listed all of the information the specialist had told me. In addition, it stated Certified Pre-Owned, CPO. Well I know that CPO is a designation for a certain standard, therefore; I was excited and drove to Fort Meyers to purchase this vehicle. When I got there, they were having computer problems and needed to write out a lot of information instead of computer generated, no problems. I went to the finance department and purchased an Extended Warranty. I wanted to make sure this vehicle was covered for major expenses should something happen. A couple of days later, approximately 4 days. I received a call from the salesperson, not the Internet Specialist, who stated you forgot to sign the warranty, I need to fax it for your signature. I received the fax and it states 6 years 100,000 miles of coverage. I’m confused because I purchased 7 years 100,000 miles. Alarms start going off in my head. I asked her to please explain. She said,” it is a CPO vehicle, it comes with 6 years 100,000 Warranty.” I asked her if she was sure because this was my first time hearing about this, she said yes. I then asked is this built into the price, she again stated yes. I then asked, why did I pay for an extended warranty if the vehicle was already covered. This is when things got fishy. To shorten the story. The finance department stated no one told her it was a CPO and if it is she would cancel the Warranty I purchased for over 3,000. After waiting an entire day, the salesperson called me back and stated, (paraphrasing) it was listed as that by mistake and the guy who listed it is no longer with the dealership but you got a great deal and if it had been listed as a CPO, we would have had to charge you more money. I have already paid over 80,000 for the vehicle and just maybe if I had known it was not a CPO, I may have not purchased it. I then asked what constituted a CPO, she said she would send me the information. Instead of receiving the information, I received an email, stating that it was the “dealer’s discretion” as to what constitutes as a CPO and basically be happy with what you got. In my opinion, they were very deceptive in their dealings and sold a vehicle based on misleading and inaccurate information. What should have been a happy occasion, will leave me forever wondering if I was scammed. Hopefully, this review will help someone else if you plan to purchase from this dealership. More

So I bought her a 2015 RR Sport as a gift to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. When I drove it I absolutely fell in love it, so much so that i came back a month later worked with Derek again, and had one built, a 2016 RR sport SC talk about freaking sweet!!!. Again I worked with Derek Harp and the ever beautiful Morgan Kin. This process again was wonderful and professional, even though I just purchased 4mo earlier neither Derek or Morgan took that for granted and kept it 100!!! (professional). In fact it was a much more pleasant experience like fine wine that gets better with time. Everyone there is awesome to interact with even the General Manager. I've been there a few times either to just check in with Derek or if I have a question in service. They really make you feel like family here, how many customers actually stop in and just to say hey to their sales professional AND their finance professional just for the xxxx of it? (a happy one). The vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule and just as I ordered it. This is definitely not the last vehicle I will purchase here, another one will be purchased within the next few months making that 3 vehicles purchased in less than a year. Land Rover Ft. Myers is definitely the best I've bought vehicles from all the high end dealerships in town, Ft. Myers Land Rover is definitely the best. They have to be! to get as much business (money) from me as they have, you've got to be the best. Business's do not get what they want, business's get what they DESERVE. And those with a great product, great customer service as Ft. Myers Land Rover, they definitely are getting what they deserve. Again shout out to Derek Harp and Morgan Kin, you guys have a customer for life. It was late in the afternoon around 15 minutes before closing when we were able to stop by the dealership to see the car and were expecting that it was too late to anticipate much in the way of personal assistance. To our surprise, we were greeted upon arrival and given ample and unpressured assistance taking a look at the car - inside and out, before heading home. The young man with whom we spoke (Albert Sammelian) that afternoon was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. 85% of the reason we headed back to the dealership the next day to take another look at the same car was due to our experience with Albert, and 15% was because of our interest in the car. Our subsequent interactions with other members of the staff (Vinny Ciulla in Sales and Morgan Kin in Finance) made it obvious that moving ahead with the purchase was the right decision for us, and we have no regrets. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

We got an Escalade for my wife and this by far was a more professional and courteous dealership comparatively. Everybody was very friendly, kind, and had plenty of experience at THAT dealership. They do not have significant turnover so you are working with the sam people over the years. The process was fast and easy with no BS or horsing around with this that and another manager etc. Straight and to the point. I felt very comfortable working with the entire staff and was treated extremely well. More
