Customer Service at it's best To keep it short this was the best service I have had at a car dealership in YEARS!!!! My wife and I pulled up in our beloved 2016 Nissan Versa. I wasn't sure how we would be treated not pulling up in high end auto but Jay, made us feel welcome within seconds. Jay treat us like we pulled up a Bentley, the Jaguar we were looking at online was sold the night before. Jay asked a few questions and within minutes he had another car in mind. After the test drive my wife and I loved the car and agreed to go through with the deal. During the sale our bank and the dealership couldn't agree on the value of the 2015 CPO we were looking at so, we had to leave the dealership without the car. A little disappointed, we drove the 30 minutes back home feeling good about the service but, we still didn't have the car. The next day Jay called and said he had good news, Dan had found a 2016 CPO with a lot of bells and whistles that he thought we may like. Within two hours, we had negotiated deal over the phone and we were in the dealership signing the papers in Dans office. Out standing service From the second we pulled into the lot it was a great experience. We were looking at cars on the outside lot with no intentions of buying anything. It was a fact finding trip only to get an idea of what Land Rover had to offer. We were met outside by Simon who is one of the best car salesmen I have dealt with in a long time . He was low pressure and did not try and talk us into anything we were not interested in. We were so impressed by the cars and the top rated service we ended up with a new Range Rover! The entire experience was pleasurable and I was impressed when Nick the GM/owner personally congratulated us when making the purchase. I have been to BMW, Mercedes, and several other dealers and none came close to the experience at Fort Myers Land Rover. I also recommend that if you are in the market for a Land Rover or Jaguar ask for Simon Wade as your salesman. More

Via email, we received an approximate trade in value of our vehicle, subject to physical inspection and a proposal based on that plus the new vehicle price. We agreed over the phone, took our car for the trade value verification and left with a new vehicle within 2 hours. We have 2 Jaguar dealers closer to our house, but this experience was worth the extra distance. Our product specialist, Simon Wade was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly through the whole process, a great combination. Dan Collins, the manager was instrumental in obtaining our business by offering a fair trade in value and new vehicle price.
