The management staff made a point of meeting us personally prior to the purchase and ensuring that all our needs were met and questions answered. You can't ask for better service. In addition, the beauty of the Jaguar design and warranty are icing on the cake. Samantha was adamant that we order and receive exactly the specifications we requested, nothing more or less. She set up an 11:300 appointment for me to see the car. When I arrived I was greeted by Paul Lutz, a bright young salesman who quickly showed us the car, Paul was very genuine and honest, he took me on a test drive, and guided me through a very easy and fair purchase process. I was given beverages while the car was prepared, washed again and filled with gas. I was taken to a lovely young woman named Morgan in the finance department to sign and pay.
