Via email, we received an approximate trade in value of our vehicle, subject to physical inspection and a proposal based on that plus the new vehicle price. We agreed over the phone, took our car for the trade value verification and left with a new vehicle within 2 hours. We have 2 Jaguar dealers closer to our house, but this experience was worth the extra distance. Our product specialist, Simon Wade was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly through the whole process, a great combination.
