He treated me with with respect. He had all my paperwork in order. He and the finance manager were on one accord. I purchased the Land Rover Evogue and I love it. Thanks again Dan. Very Bad Experience I am extremely disappointed and highly upset with the series of services I received from this car dealership. When I was purchasing my car back in Apr I am extremely disappointed and highly upset with the series of services I received from this car dealership. When I was purchasing my car back in April 2019 I specifically spoke to my car sales man, Mr. Rowland, that I would love for the car I want to have a blind spot. I was told by Mr. Rowland, that the blind spot can be installed if I purchase a vehicle that does not come with one. The amount to place a blind spot was added to my total, and I was told I would receive a call a couple of weeks from the day of my purchase once the parts came in. I called more than 5 times with no response and it took about 5 months later before I was able to get an appointment to bring my car in. Upon getting to the dealership, I was told that range rover does not provide a kit to install a blind spot after the car is built and I must have been told wrongly. I was very upset and at this time, I wanted to return the car because that is one of the reasons I bought the car. After about 3 hours of going back and forth, walking from one office to the next, I was finally able to speak with Mr. Rowland, who then told the Service agent Jim that it is possible to install the blind spot because it has been done before. Mr. Rowland provided Mr. Jim with the number and I was finally able to return back to work with a loaner. Initially, I requested for a blind spot installment and a yearly service that was due, I received a call from Mr. Jim 3 days later that my car was ready. Upon my arrival I was told that only the Blind spot was fixed and the service was not done. I spoke to Mr. Jim who told me he was not aware or must have forgotten that I needed the service to be done, so once again I had to go back in the loaner to come back 2 days later. When I received the second call that my car was ready, I specifically asked Mr. Jim if my car was washed has he had promised and told me it comes as a complimentary. He assured me that it was and everything is ready now. When I received my car, it was NOT washed, it was very dirty. I do not recall dropping my car off that way. Secondly, the blind spot that was installed was the aftermarket one, it has wiring going everywhere in my car and makes it look very ugly. I believed I was just told anything at the time of my purchase in order for me to buy the car. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with these series of events to say the least. I wish you guys were honest from the beginning and I could have looked into buying another car instead of lying just to sell a car. More

I met Mr Omar Cash - a sales professional and fellow XE owner - who was knowledgeable and kind to get to know the type of person I was to best match me with a vehicle. As it turns out, the car and I were a perfect match! I am very appreciative to Omar who facilitated what was simply the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. And the topping on the cake? I was busy - very busy - the day I had wanted to pick up the car. I was making plans to wait until the following day when Omar took the wheel! My down payment? Processed and a receipt in my inbox. My car? Delivered to me personally by Mr Cash with a lovely note and that new car smell. I was spoiled by this experience and regret nothing. This experience also owes me nothing. We had a couple of mechanical things we wanted the dealership to take care of before we purchased the car. Sean Mooney was our salesperson and he was simply amazing through the entire process. There were a couple of hiccups along the way and the process took over a week and 2 separate occasions. Sean and his manager Brad (Neither name appears to be on the list of employess) took care of the situation. They even gave us a loaner car before we took possession the car we were purchasing. Sean and Brad both really cared about their customers. We also want to note that Amanda over at the repair department was very attentive and great. We have nothing but awesome things to say about Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead. More

Beyond disappointed I’ve bought 4 vehicles from this dealership. My daughters most recent purchase WILL BE OUR LAST. This Landrover Discovery Sport was just in their sho I’ve bought 4 vehicles from this dealership. My daughters most recent purchase WILL BE OUR LAST. This Landrover Discovery Sport was just in their shop for the 4th time, same issue. In working with Omar and Bryson, my husband was told they would give a discounted rate on tires and a windshield. Not only did the service manager not honor that, we were even charged for the repair. A total of over $3100. This IS NOT how you treat a repeat customer. Beyond disappointed. More
