I took my car in to have it checked on for warping sound and I was told that I had cupped tires. Mind you, the tires had about 15,000 miles on them. Went out and paid about $1,000.00 for a new set of tire and I was told that I had cupped tires. Mind you, the tires had about 15,000 miles on them. Went out and paid about $1,000.00 for a new set of tires only to have the exact same problem. Called the service dept and was first told that when you hear that sound 9 times out of 10 it's cupped tires so this is the process of elimination. My thought was, "this is an expensive process and as a consumer I don't want to pay $1,000.00 for a guess. After almost two weeks of trying to set up another appointment and very rude treatment from a service manager. The mechanic got in the car with me and within 100 yards of driving, he know the problem, a bad barring, and ask that I bring it back so that he could test it to be sure. Brought is in for the check and he was dead on and I was told that it would be over $800.00 to have it repaired. I ask the question the service manager what test did they run the first time and was there a test drive? He reared back in his chair, folded his arms, looked at me with a stern face and said, "I don't don't". Not a good answer for someone who just spent $1,000.00 and still had the same problem. Said that he would have someone in the service dept call and give me answers. Two weeks have gone by and I still have not gotten a call from anyone. Tell me, is this good service? NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
