Range Rover 14 review Only Range Rover dealer within few hundred miles. Took truck in for oil change, tire rotation, pedal still squeaking, water still pouring from hatch. Only Range Rover dealer within few hundred miles. Took truck in for oil change, tire rotation, pedal still squeaking, water still pouring from hatch. Picked up truck had to ask for oil sticker to be changed to new sticker, white leather on inside dirty again from maintenance people getting in my truck dirty, hatch still pouring water after a rain, but pedal not squeaking so far. Just hard to get quality work these days. More

Thirty five years experiemce I have been a customer since the late 1970's and have purchased a leased multiple vehicles. I now own two Jaguars (2002 S and 2005 cal) as well as a 2015 Range Rover sport. I have had attentive honest service and advice on every occasion and have advised my wife that I will not dictate the vehicle she drives but it has to come from Bluff City . I have never in my life been treated as poorly as the day I attempted to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. If you have someone special in your life that you absolutely hate and want to watch suffer, buy them a Land Rover and wait until it needs service. It's the best thing since death by a thousand cuts. Go somewhere else Purchased a Land Rover with 22,000 miles on it. Was told by service advisor that the vehicle had not had it's 2 year service. I gave him information of previous service provider and told him if they had not completed, to please service the vehicle. After a $600+ bill, it was discovered 1/ that he never called to check the service record and 2/ it had already been completed. Will drive 3 hours to another dealer before I will visit them again. The manager of this facility is a rude human being. I would reccomend to everyone drive to another LR dealer (closest is most likely hours away) because this dealership has the cockiest attitude. All those others cars I just sell wholesale" Well maybe your dealership would not be a ghost town if you sold other pre owned cars. More
Horrible customer service in the Service department. Completely overcharged for 2 year maintenance check-up and did not feel taken care of as a customer. Scheduled my appointment a week in advance, dropped my LR4 off at 8:30am. I called to check on it At 3:30pm and was told to come by in an hour. I did as instructed and when my car still wasn't ready after waiting for 45 minutes (I was told it was being washed right when I arrived), I told the service rep that I needed to go and they could stop washing my car. My car shows up looking like someone had just sprayed the hose on it in an attempt to look like someone was in the middle of washing it. Then the service rep asked for my credit card for the $732 charge!! She didnt bother going over a list of services rendered. She didn't offer to breakdown what went on for 8 hours to my car so I could understand why I was being charged such a ridiculous amount. I did ask for a print out but she still could not go over it with me. I will not be bringing my car there ever again, nor will I be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
