He never fails to respond and find a way to accommodate my schedule and transportation needs. He details and explains the need and cost of repairs and has the fore thought to advise when maintenance is needed so that I can plan for the expense. No matter the issue, I know when I speak to Dane, I'll get the appropriate information for which to make a decision about servicing my car. He quoted my trade-in $10,000 under its value, and he treated me like I was a complete idiot. They didn't even bother to follow up with me afterward, so I went to Buckhead, Atlanta and bought a new Range Rover Sport. I hope the owner reads this review and realizes he lost money because of his staff's inability to produce great customer service. More
