Friendly but Ineffective Took my car in for two issues. Received confirmation on paper and verbally that both issues had been resolved. After driving my vehicle for a mile it Took my car in for two issues. Received confirmation on paper and verbally that both issues had been resolved. After driving my vehicle for a mile it became apparent nothing have changed.They said will fix one of the problems which they created working in the car. Had to take the car to a Firestone resolve other minor issue. Car is under warranty and very worried about future repairs at this dealership. More

Saturday in the Service Department I was thankful that I was able to schedule at the last minute a Saturday service appointment to get my brakes repaired and get a new set of tires.
