I believe Bluff City runs the best luxury vehicle service department in the Memphis area (and I have experienced others, who think they are good). Our service advisor, Chad Henze, is always willing to work to get our vehicles in the shop when needed, on our schedule. In addition, they are always willing to pick up and/or deliver a vehicle back to our home or the airport. The service department is one of the reasons we continue to trade vehicles with Bluff City.
