I believe Bluff City runs the best luxury vehicle service department in the Memphis area (and I have experienced others, who think they are good). Our service advisor, Chad Henze, is always willing to work to get our vehicles in the shop when needed, on our schedule. In addition, they are always willing to pick up and/or deliver a vehicle back to our home or the airport. The service department is one of the reasons we continue to trade vehicles with Bluff City. He had all my paperwork done so that my time sitting in the dealership wastin I have purchased two vehicles from Eric Suffield and he has been great. He had all my paperwork done so that my time sitting in the dealership wasting time waiting on banks was minimized. It was so great to just sign papers and spend the rest of the time getting a first class setup of my vehicle by Jason Jenkins, another super nice and knowledgeable guy. Never greated I have been in 3 times for service since my purchase and never been greeted until I walk by 2 service men and I always see mr Calvin Powell and he alw I have been in 3 times for service since my purchase and never been greeted until I walk by 2 service men and I always see mr Calvin Powell and he always greets me with a smile and then I see Todd but because he was busy he greeted me and gave me great customer service. I was dissatisfied with my service bill. I was chared almost $300 for I thought was an only an oil change and some other type of fluid was added but not brought to my attention until my vehicle was ready for pickup. If you come in for an oil change and if you think something else need to be added please contact the car owner so there wont be a shock factor at payment. That would be helpful. Stephanie More
