All of the requested work was not accomplished. I expected similar service and attention from your service department as compared to by previous 3 higher end vehicles. They are/were Lexus and Audi. I expected similar service and attention from your service department as compared to by previous 3 higher end vehicles. They are/were Lexus and Audi. What started as a recall notice for a software update was scheduled weeks in advanced. It was thought to be a single day. When I arrived I was told it was a simple matter but very busy. I was afforded a loaner vehicle however it took 3 days to get to it and was not informed the vehicle would not be ready after the 1st and 2nd day until the end of the day with little or no remorse in the explanation. I did ask for attention to 3 other minor items however one of them (reset the vehicle to the alternator setting when at red lights) was supposedly addressed but has yet to work. Honestly I dread coming back and possibly having to wait 3 days again for it to be addressed but will once my travelling slows down at the end of August. More

Problem not solve I brought my vehicle in for one thing....and you did a service on the vehicle. The problem of gas consumption still exist. Great job at makinh a profit for your company, bad job at identifying a problem, that your mechanics should have been able to figure out....and now i am looking at the same priblem...not to mention being quote one price on the phone, and having to pay another price in person....
