With that many miles the control arms, struts, shocks were past their useful life, so I took it in for a look. They had to order some parts which took longer that usual, but well worth the wait. The car runs like it did the day I bought it. We know the parts are costly, but you know that when you purchase the car, most luxury cars do. I'm happy to give them a two thumbs up with my experience. More

Service Center I’m comparing y’all to Lexus and Nissan. I have both of these cars and take them in to each dealership. I must say...I wasn’t met by anyone when I pul I’m comparing y’all to Lexus and Nissan. I have both of these cars and take them in to each dealership. I must say...I wasn’t met by anyone when I pulled up and had to seek someone out to get help. Wasn’t offered a car only a shuttle when I called in for service. At Lexus they always provide me with a car even for just a few hours. My service girl was very nice and the service was very prompt. But I just didn’t get that “special treatment feeling” like I do at the other 2 service departments that I go to. But once I found that I was suppose to see Christine, it was great. She’s very personable and so sweet. She even sat with me when I picked up my car and showed me how to use some of the things on my car. Plus MemPops was there and we got an ice cream. That was nice. More

Another Great Experience! I noticed that my SUV was making a loud noise. I contacted Mr. Ken Smith and he was amazing! He got my service appointment moved up and I had a loaner I noticed that my SUV was making a loud noise. I contacted Mr. Ken Smith and he was amazing! He got my service appointment moved up and I had a loaner vehicle ( of the same model) to drive while the repairs were completed.
