Professional and Courteous Overall Bluff City service has been exceptional since the day I purchased the F Pace 20D Prestige. Everyone with whom I have interacted has been very Overall Bluff City service has been exceptional since the day I purchased the F Pace 20D Prestige. Everyone with whom I have interacted has been very courteous, professional and accommodating. Although the car has had its quirks, Bluff City has bent over backwards to correct each issue. I greatly appreciate the quality of service! The only exception to their quality control? A technician left the oil dipstick sitting on the front of the engine and did not re insert it during a recent servicing. Oil mist sprayed over most of the engine. Fortunately this did not cause any engine issues. Bluff City cleaned the engine thoroughly and without cost to me. Although this unfortunate incident occurred, I cannot deduct a star due to the overall pleasant experience with Bluff City. More

New tire I was disappointed in how long it took to put a new tire on. I was told they were busy but it would take a “little” while. That was an hour and a half I was disappointed in how long it took to put a new tire on. I was told they were busy but it would take a “little” while. That was an hour and a half. They came out and said they were bringing it around and then was told I had a bent rim. They would need to put me in a car. Then in a few minutes I was told it was ready. Every person I came In contact with couldn’t have been nicer. I just felt that was a long time to put a new tire on. More
