I was left with un returned calls from my service guy. Then once I finally reached and left a message for someone else, still unreturned. Once I finally got in, I felt so rushed to get my rental! If this wasn't the only service place for my car, you'd bet I would go elsewhere. Jason, who sold me my car, has been the only decent person I have come across.
