Little Frustrated Just really have not had a very good experience with this dealership since my purchase on 11/09/19. Hopefully it will get better. Excellent Customer Service My battery died before I was getting ready for work. I immediately called Chad Henze in the service department and he said he’d have someone to meet a My battery died before I was getting ready for work. I immediately called Chad Henze in the service department and he said he’d have someone to meet at my home to assess the problem. Within minutes Jeff Pohlman called me to say he and Todd Fulford were on the way. When they arrived they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and got the car started and drove it to the dealership where Keith Williamson took care of matters in the parts department. A few hours later, they notified me the car was ready to go, a new battery had been installed and they would bring it back to me. They did just that. The car had even been washed. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City is the best. It’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for 18 years. They took an inconvenient situation and made it convenient for me. More
