Expensive My car has just over 61,000 miles and to have it die like it did on the road and then find out it will take $6,000+ to repair it is rather disconcerti My car has just over 61,000 miles and to have it die like it did on the road and then find out it will take $6,000+ to repair it is rather disconcerting. Then I found out that the wax left on the steering wheel and console melted and it will cost an additional $5,000 to repair. Too expensive to me. Chad was very polite but Jaguar's aren't nice enough to deal with all the headaches that come with the car. More
Unacceptable I arrived at the dealership at 9 am. I was told my service would take approximately 1 hour to complete. I was told that if more work was required and I arrived at the dealership at 9 am. I was told my service would take approximately 1 hour to complete. I was told that if more work was required and would take longer, they would let me know and I would come back the following week for a previously scheduled appointment and loaner car. No big deal. I can wait an hour. At 12 pm my car was still not ready. Honestly, I’m not even sure they had started on it. I asked for my car and left. This was the icing on a two week long disaster of a cake with the service department. Many unreturned phone calls regarding issues with my F Pace. I have 9 months left on my lease and had decided to purchase. Now, I will spend the next 9 months deciding on my new car and I can guarantee it won’t come from Bluff City. This product is too expensive to receive less than excellent customer service. More
