I was left with un returned calls from my service guy. Then once I finally reached and left a message for someone else, still unreturned. Once I finally got in, I felt so rushed to get my rental! If this wasn't the only service place for my car, you'd bet I would go elsewhere. Jason, who sold me my car, has been the only decent person I have come across. Plus, it seems like I bought this car for the customer service, but I am starting to regret my purchase. More

I drive home in my new vehicle 3 hours after I drove there in my old one and I left feeling like I got a good deal. I was never pressured or made to feel stressed out.
