Great Experience I drive a car for a very long time. It had been nearly nine years since I was last in the market for a new vehicle. I needed a new car, but couldn't I drive a car for a very long time. It had been nearly nine years since I was last in the market for a new vehicle. I needed a new car, but couldn't decide what I wanted. I am someone who does all my due diligence prior to making any expensive decision. I researched the Range Rover Velar, and decide that was the vehicle for me. After making real time and online contacts, I finally landed on Bluff City. I visited on a Saturday, and met Alan Morgan who did not have exactly what I wanted...but promised to search his inventory the following Monday. He messaged me then with pics of what he had found. We messaged throughout the week, and on the following Saturday, I was driving home in a new Range Rover. Alan and his team made the whole process as easy as possible. Everyone from financing to the gentleman who gave me a tutorial on my new vehicle were awesome. I highly recommend Bluff City. More

I brought my car in for a simple check up at 9:00 in the morning. I got a loner car. I was told they would contact me when it was ready. I called and called to see if if was ready. No mine would call me bac morning. I got a loner car. I was told they would contact me when it was ready. I called and called to see if if was ready. No mine would call me back. I left messages. I finally came to the service department about 5:00. They told me it was not ready. I talked to the manager and he got them to do a little something. Washed it and I came home. More
