Low rating bc this dealership did not do what I asked in regards to the servicing of my vehicle. My battery went bad. Had it tested and tested like I aforementioned. I replaced the battery& car would not regards to the servicing of my vehicle. My battery went bad. Had it tested and tested like I aforementioned. I replaced the battery& car would not start. Sent it to this dealership (only one in Memphis) and asked specific that they test the starter. They did not want to test the starter bc of a previous engine problem. I asked the serviceman to just test the starter and he would not even try. Just kept mentioning a previous engine problem. By the way, I was driving with that engine problem for 3 months. End result, they never checked my starter. Would have rated it zero stars but it forced me to select something More

I had the worst experiences on 4/8/20 I only went in for an oil change and end up pay for service I didn’t authorize. I never experienced that in the years I been going. Jason was exceptional and extremely professional. He helped us get my perfect car and was extremely accommodating for us.
