PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND EXCUSE ANY TYPOS AS ITS FRUSTRATING FOR ME TO EVEN TYPE THIS. As a buyer you have to be careful, because at the beginning things goes well but once they have sold the vehic FRUSTRATING FOR ME TO EVEN TYPE THIS. As a buyer you have to be careful, because at the beginning things goes well but once they have sold the vehicle to you what they give you confidence on all changes. Also you must ensure if you want something to get in writing from them and ensure you have put a deposit regardless of if they tell you its ok, because they will sell your vehicle to someone else as long as they get more money for it. They put me in a huge bind where i had to wait additional 2 plus months and sold the car i was told i could come and get it from a cancelled ordered and ended up selling to someone else because they could make more money. So be careful. Also 2nd time got put on a bind as when purchased a vehicle i clearly asked them to give me details of extended bumper to bumper warranty coverage, which than was informed its not a big deal i can do that anytime within 30 days after purchase. Day i bought it was told it should be all ok as long as i get back on Saturday. When called had closed by 3pm so they would take care on Tuesday and that day no one calls whey they knew i wanted to get the coverage offered to me before it not available. After all even though it was there error on not communicating directly on my cell# as asked to put me on bind and say they can't give me coverage that was offered i would have to go to my local dealer. Again, money is what they blamed that until is not paid. Which i offered them a CC as informed i can pay that way to bind it but assured its all ok, but later when things go misleading, they won't care. Its truly not fair for us as customer so we very CAREFULL. Dee, was definitely careless in ensuring to call or communicate with Salesperson even and i would say same goes for Sales rep as well to ensure they got my coverage binded when he had my direct cell# as well. Sorry LandRover Bluff City but i tried to work things out to help. Money was not a issue it was all about time as you know this vehicle i ensured to secure with deposit and even Paid cash fully close to 150K no finance to be put on this spot. If you would tell me right, you will give my money back for this what i paid for i will be glad to do so...but you got your money and don't care now. I was asked to ensure if any issue to call you guys what's the point even to call after all this. I normally don't even give bad rating, but this was just very upsetting how they don't have no worries. Dee Specially could have gone above and spoke with Jason and ensure to get hold of me on my cell# when i gave OK to Jason to make sure its binded the extended coverage before it goes away. More

They did not fix my tailight. They told me that it was an intermittent problem and they could not recreate it. They told me that if it persisted then they would order me a whole They told me that it was an intermittent problem and they could not recreate it. They told me that if it persisted then they would order me a whole new assembly and install it. That would have cost a lot of money. When I left the dealer my light was not working so I took it a part replaced the 3 bulbs and amazingly it works. You could tell the bulbs needed replacing. It was clear they did not even look. Don't waste your money there. More
