I picked my car up from service and upon returning home, I realized that a box full of unused and unworn masks was missing from my car. The value of the missing items is $35. Additionally, I requested the the Service Manager be notified and no one followed up with me to resolve this issue. At a MINIMUM, I expect Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue to follow up with me and offer to reimburse me the cost of the missing items. More
Experienced racial profiling and disrespect while waiting for an appointment I was scheduled for with Mr. Payne (which he was very apologetic for the actions of others) and professional. Natalie, financial manager, was very thorough and professional the entire time. My ratings are not based off Mr. Payne and or Natalie’s behavior/actions (outstanding) but the behavior, lack of integrity and racial profiling of the receptionist and another gentleman of the Jaguar establishment. I was applaud to watch it happen to me and my son, in plain site. I’m very humble and don’t use the race card, but this visit confirmed the atmosphere of Bellevue that I was warned about. I sent this disgusting and disrespectful event in an email to the dealership and was informed that it will be presented to the Manager. As if today, I have not heard one peep from the manager as I was informed they will contact me. I guess they will rather hear from my someone who will be representing me. If the manager is silent to customers, that is a message to his personnel that they agree with their negative behavior and disrespect to others. Very DISAPPOINTED how I was treated by the management, receptionist and another salesman, not David. More

Alina and her team did it again...she got me in sooner when my brake light came on. The team got it all finished for me and the truck was clean and vacuumed. A service department employee accused me of hitting something causing my toe hook cover on a 2019 Velar to fall off. Reality, the 4 screws necessary to secure the toe hook cover to the underside of the something causing my toe hook cover on a 2019 Velar to fall off. Reality, the 4 screws necessary to secure the toe hook cover to the underside of the car were never installed. The piece fell off while driving the car. The service employee literally picked a piece of yellow off of the grill and said it was paint. It was the carcass of a bumblebee. I did not appreciate being accused of lying. More
