The dealership is excellent, staff is polite & helpful. For me, personally, the only downside is scheduling service. I live 12 miles away & work during the day. I need my car during the day for work. So taking my car & retrieving it when service is completed is a super complicated pain. I have seriously considered not using the dealership for service any longer & using a facility closer to my home. The issue is convenience, time and logistics, not that the dealership is not great. All members of the staff that I dealt with were very professional, helpful, polite and very caring. I purchased a new car which was shipped to me in St. Louis.
