Worked with Alec on purchasing my Range Rover. He was fantastic. Super-easy to work with, no bull. He's friendly and helpful. I think this was the fastest car-buying process I've gone through too. I have held off writing a review because I was hoping for a resolution that unfortunately hasn't come. I purchased a Jaguar iPace electric car at the end of January. It was my first Jaguar purchase. One mont a resolution that unfortunately hasn't come. I purchased a Jaguar iPace electric car at the end of January. It was my first Jaguar purchase. One month later, at the of February, my car wouldn't start. It is still in the shop 8 months later. I believe this car is a lemon but have not had any resolution on this matter for a car return. It's sad as it's a beautiful, plush car and electric is the way to go. If only I could use it. I received a lot of great text communication at first which was fantastic and helpful but then when it was clear the car couldn't be fixed, I haven't heard a peep. I wish I had better news to share. The new service department looks much nicer. More
