Robin is a really nice person and very responsive but my overall experience with the service department is disappointing. Last week I showed up for my appointment and no one was expecting me though I had m overall experience with the service department is disappointing. Last week I showed up for my appointment and no one was expecting me though I had made the appointment more than a month ago. Robin got my car in anyways after a short delay to sort the confusion. I had to wait more than an hour for a car to come from Enterprise and both parties blamed it on the other. No one believed me when I said I had an extended warranty so there was another delay the following day while Robin tracked that down. While my car was at the dealership, I received an email from the service department asking me to make an appointment for a service. It seems like no one communicates there. Also, I called about leaving my garage remote control in the rental and I have yet to hear from anyone from Land Rover or Enterprise when both had promised to track it down and let me know. That being said, Robin did her best to keep me informed on the service issues, which I appreciate. The shortfalls are on the whole team, not just Robin. More
